Tapas and Tipples
on the Terrace

Kick off your AYA Street experience by mingling on the terrace. Located at the venue’s entrance, the terrace is a place to knock back signature cocktails and tuck into ceviches prepared by Chef Marco Cueva. Most of our guests will begin their Peruvian dining experience in this part of the venue.

Take a seat at the Gastro
Show bar

Peruvian gastronomy is dished up at the Show Bar, where the chef Marco Cueva can be seen putting his culinary skills to the ultimate test. Before you sit at the bar or lounge area, raise a toast on the terrace and sample cold tapas.

AYA’s Lounge

Seating is plentiful in this part of the venue, which attracts diners who are seeking a traditional gastronomic experience. Let AYA’s waiters and sommelier describe the food and wine pairing options in detail.

Signature Cocktails and Wines

Regardless of your choice of seating, whether it is in the comfortable lounge area or at the L-shaped “Show Bar”, you will have the convenience of being served drinks by your designated waiter/waitress. Since Peru’s drinks scene is just as impressive as its culinary scene, it would be a shame not to try one of the traditional Peruvian drinks recipes upon visiting AYA.

A wide selection of wines will be available to order by the glass or bottle, not to mention a tempting assortment of cocktails, including Peru’s national drink, the Pisco Sour!
